Cancellation Policy

By booking services with Olive Branch Solutions, you agree to the following policies for both bookkeeping and mobile notary services. 🚗 Mobile Notary Policies Travel Standard travel within the Marysville, Ohio area is included. Travel outside this area may be charged at $0.50–$1.00 per mile. Extended travel may require additional fees and approval. Scheduling Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed prior to service. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed. Travel time is included in scheduled appointment time. Client Requirements Clients must provide valid government-issued ID and ensure all documents are complete prior to signing. The client must be present at the scheduled time and location. Legal Notice Olive Branch Solutions does not provide legal advice or draft legal documents. Notary services are performed in compliance with Ohio state law. 📊 Bookkeeping Policies Services Bookkeeping may include transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliation, monthly financial reports, and account organization. Tax filing and CPA services are not included. Billing Monthly plans are billed every 30 days. 6-month and annual plans are prepaid unless otherwise agreed. Services begin once payment and onboarding are complete. Late or failed payments may result in paused services. Plan Renewal Monthly plans renew automatically each month. 6-month plans require full-term commitment. Annual plans do not auto-renew unless stated. Cancellation Monthly plans require 30 days written notice. Prepaid plans are non-refundable once services begin. Work completed prior to cancellation will be billed or retained. 📁 Client Responsibilities Clients agree to provide accurate financial information, maintain access to accounts, submit documents on time, and review reports for accuracy.
